The first floor includes three comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a private ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each feature a queen bed and share a full bathroom located across the hall. The laundry area is also conveniently located on this floor. The second-floor office/bedroom has been thoughtfully arranged with a queen bed, creating a flexible space for sleeping, working, or relaxing.

On the third floor, you’ll find a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, along with a playful bonus room featuring a twin-over-twin bunk bed, making this level an ideal retreat for families and younger guests.

It’s well known for its beautiful beaches, its villages, and as a home to the Steamship Authority terminal that provides access to Martha’s Vineyard.



The Nobska Point Lighthouse in Woods Hole offers panoramic views of Vineyard Sound, the Elizabeth Islands, and Martha’s Vineyard.



The Town of Falmouth has seven historic districts, including four on the National Register of Historic Places: Falmouth Village Green, North Falmouth Village, Waquoit and West Falmouth Village. The other three historic districts are in Woods Hole, Davisville, and Quissett.

- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for longer stays and is charged separately before check-in. The deposit is $500 for reservations between 22 days and 6 months, and $1,000 for reservations over 6 months.
