« I asked for a handicap room and got one that really didn't qualify as a handicap room. I even called a few days earlier to make sure I was assigned to one and I was told I was down for one. The room I ended up with was next to the breakfast room so I was awaken at 4:30 AM by the clanging of the employees setting up for breakfast! Was NOT happy! However, I will say the staff was very nice and friendly and the bed and pillows were great! »

« Expected room daily room cleaning and were told they do it every other day! We arrived on Thursday for a 5 night stay and they cleaned our room until Sunday! »

« My husband found a lancet on the floor as well as a big piece of gravel when we got into the room. The body lotion container HD only a little bit of lotion in it. The desk clerk said our receipt would be emailed when we checked out yesterday morning and it has not shown up. »

« Super clean and very nice folks. We couldn't enjoy the free breakfast or pool because I was heading to surgery first thing in the morning. It was a great, clean, quiet place to relax and rest comfortably! Thank you! »

« The hotel looks nice from the OUTSIDE! But once you get inside the elevator looks beat down and the rooms as well! The building itself needs an upgrade from the inside ! Staff need to be dressed more professionally I went down for breakfast and there was an employee who didn’t even look like she was hotel staff only knew she worked there because she was behind the front desk! She was wearing a graphic t-shirt and jeans with face tattoos !! She was rude about keeping breakfast items stocked...

« our room was horrible holes in the doors holes in the wall plastered all over the place paint all over the place. The breakfast sucked. There was hardly nothing to choose from not enough of it. Your whole hotel was very dirty inside and out. Windows were not clean. Dogs were in the pool area. Hallways were filthy holes and holes all over the place was in the elevators that stunk, but the staff was wonderful. »

« Bon hôtel, assez bien placé pour un road-trip reliant les Rocky Mountains à Yellowstone, ou pour le Convention Center juste à côté (mais pas suffisamment bien placé pour justifier le parking au coût élevé de $14 - l'hôtel n'est peut-être pas directement responsable car c'est une société tierce qu'il faut payer à l'arrivée). Evening Reception appréciable (mais attention aux horaires : fin à 19h en cette fin de mois d'octobre). Bien prendre carte dd la chambre et preuve d'identité pour être...

« Breakfast was wonderful--great variety. Beds were comfortable and the room was relatively quiet. We had a nice view of the mountains from the room. There were a few issues (no washcloths, and found some items left by the previous occupant) but the hotel staff were responsive and assisted with resolving the issues. »
