Entspannter Urlaub in Bella Italia
Bereits vorab war die Kommunikation (schriftlich als auch telefonisch) mit Nik sehr freundlich, entspannt, bemüht und entgegenkommend. Kurz vor der Ankunft haben wir sogar ungefragt einen detaillierten Text mit ganzen vielen Infos und Tipps rund um die Villa sowie die Gegend erhalten. Auch vor Ort ging es genauso mit dem Supervisor Lirim, seiner Frau Entiena und deren kleinen Tochter weiter. Es sind super liebe, zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite Menschen, die im Hintergrund alles diskret für uns geregelt haben und bei Bedarf erreichbar waren. Die Villa selbst ist ein mit Charme eingerichtetes, sauberes Häuschen inmitten der Natur, welches mindestens so toll aussieht wie auf den Bildern in der Anzeige. Es ist wirklich wunderschön und eignet sich perfekt, um die Ruhe zu genießen als auch eine kleine Pool-Party zu schmeißen und sich zwischendurch beim Tennis oder Tischtennis spielen auszupowern. Ebenso haben wir gemütliche Koch- und Grillabende veranstaltet und diese mit einem Film oder Karaoke singen im Kino ausklingen lassen. Wir (eine befreundete neunköpfige Gruppe junger Erwachsener) haben jeden Tag unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes genossen und können diese Unterkunft daher absolut weiterempfehlen. sehr grosszügig
Grösse und Umschwung des Hauses sind sehr grosszügig und in gutem Zustand. Wir waren mit 16 Leuten da, das Wetter war sosolala. Die grossen Wohnzimmer im EG haben aber guten Platz geboten für Essen, Spiele, Lesen und das Kino im ersten Stock war ein Highlight bei Regen. Die Kommunikation mit Nik ist angenehm, freundlich und sehr zeitnah. Wir haben das Haus und die Umgebung sehr genossen und werden es sicher weiterempfehlen. Top Haus!!

Eine wunderbare Location
Das Objekt ist sehr großzügig angelegt und bietet außen und innen sehr viel Platz (alles wie auf den Fotos), auch für viele Leute. Alles ist sauber, vorallem in den super ausgestatteten Küchen macht es Spaß zu arbeiten. Äußerst angenehm ist der Support durch den in einem Teil des Hause mit seiner Familie lebenden örtlichen Verwalter. Die Korrespondez mit dem Vermieter übertrifft alle Erwartungen, selbst individuelle Wünsche werden berücksichtigt und die Organisation eines Festessen für 30 Gäste war höchst professionell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub in schönem Ambiente
Wir sind mit 5 Familien verreist. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Super Betreuung durch den Gastgeber als auch Lirim vor Ort. Wir wurden mehrfach bekocht. Absolut zu empfehlen. Jede Familie hatte im Haus sein eigenes Reich. Tolles großes Gelände mit Pool und Tennisplatz. Alle hatten Spaß.

Nice Place near Fano
We enjoyed our in this beautiful house. Best aspects: Clean house and garden Beautiful white bed linen Perfekt Pool for young and old! Beautiful villa with outdoor fun
We came to the Villa with a group of friends in our late 20‘s and had a great time! The outdoor area is very nice and there’s always something fun to do with the large pool, the tennis and basketball, the table tennis and so on. There‘s also some fig trees and a nice view on a valley of olive trees, perfect for a sundowner. The rooms inside are clean and the Villa has kept some of its old charm. The communication with Nik was exceptional, he is extremely helpful and provided us with additional flexibility due to the Covid situation. Marco and Lirim are both very decent as well.

Super tolle Ferien
Wir haben eine tolle Ferienwoche mit 11 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt für mehrere Familien ausgerüstet. Es sind nicht ganz alle Badezimmer auf dem neusten Stand und zum Teil riecht es etwas komisch aus der Toilette. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön und man hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu stark gechlort (vor allem auch für die Kinder). Lirim ist sehr nett und er hat sich immer um alle gekümmert was wir gefragt haben. Auch das Angebot für den Kochservice können wir nur empfehlen. Wir haben drei Mal davon gebrauch gemacht und wurden jedes Mal von Vorne bis Hinten verwöhnt. Zusätzlich haben wir vom Anbieter tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und verschiedene Strände erhalten. Alles in allem wirklich ein tolles Haus und nur zu empfehlen.

Regarding the pool, it is a chlorine-free pool as it works with a modern salt-electrolysis system but we will enquire and take all necessary action to reduce the chlorine sensation as the comfort of our guests is for sure our primary concern. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!!!
Wir, eine Großfamilie (10 Erwachsene + 13 Kinder) haben Ende August 2019 eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser herrlichen Villa verbracht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Das Haus selber ist riesengroß und wunderschön, mit vielen Antiquitäten liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist sogar ein funktionstüchtiges, gestimmtes Klavier da, das auch fleißig benutzt wurde. Die große Küche mit der Zusatzküche ist ideal gewesen um uns alle zu versorgen: 3 Backöfen, 3 Kühlschränke, 2 Spülmaschinen, 2 Gasherde, ausreichend Besteck, Teller, Gläser, große Töpfe.... wirklich super! Die Außenanlage ist sehr weitläufig und gepflegt, der große Pool war die Freude unsrer Kinder und auch die Tischtennisplatte und der Tennisplatz waren sehr beliebt. Lirim sorgte auch für Ballnachschub:). Überhaupt war der ganze Service rund um den Urlaub von Seiten Niks und Lirims perfekt. Im Vorfeld bekamen wir schon viele Informationen rund um unsrern Urlaubsort und auch während des Aufenthalts wurden wir von dem äußerst freundlichen Lirim bestens betreut. Der Pool wurde täglich morgens um 8 Uhr von ihm frisch gereinigt und der Müll täglich weggebracht. Marco, der im Haus wohnt ist wirklich äußerst diskret und hätten ihn unsere beiden Hunde nicht lautstark gemeldet, hätten wir ihn wahrscheinlich nicht bemerkt. Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut, mit unseren E-Bikes war es überhaupt kein Problem Fano und die Umgebung zu erkunden und zum Strand zu fahren. Fano ist eine sehr schöne Stadt und Urbino (50km Entfernung) ist auch sehr sehenswert. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand , der Ende August auch nicht mehr überlaufen war. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es genügend und eine Pizzaria zum superleckere Pizzas holen haben wir auch gefunden. Die Feigen und Trauben im Garten durften wir nach Belieben ernten. Wir können diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden noch lange an diesen schönen Urlaub denken !!!

Toller Urlaub!
Eine wirklich tolle Villa in genialer Lage. Ideal auch für Familien. Super Support und Hilfsbereitschaft in jeglicher Form vom Vermieter und den zuständigen Mithelfern vor Ort. Einziges Manko: Die Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken sind sehr hellhörig, und bei entsprechenden Temperaturen auch sehr warm. Leider sind keine (Split-)Klimaanlagen installiert - es gibt zwar einige Monoblocks, die sind aber extrem laut und der Abluftschlauch verhindert, dass das Fenser geschlossen werden kann (somit ab früh morgens sehr hell und wiederum auch laut, wenn außerhalb noch gespielt oder gefeiert wird). Aber angesichts der anderen Vorteile trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren für zwei Wochen mit 11 Erwachsenen, 8 Kindern und Hund in diesem Objekt. Als wir im Mai 2018 gebucht hatten konnten wir uns nicht vorstellen, dass alles so ist wie beschrieben. Aber alle unsere Zweifel waren umsonst. Es waren phantastische zwei Wochen. Wir haben alles sehr genossen. Das große Haus (alle Zimmer hatten ein eigenes Bad), den Service vor Ort mit Lirim. Er hat sich toll um uns gekümmert und war ständig erreichbar. Er hat den Kontakt mit einer Köchin hergestellt, die auch noch phantastisch gekocht hat. In den oberen Zimmern wäre es angebracht, überall Klimaanlagen einzubauen. Das war in der zweiten Woche teilweise zu warm zum erholsamen schlafen. Der eigene Pool war für alle der größte Luxus. Alles in allem haben wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht und uns gut erholt

entspannte Ferien für die Großfamilie
Wir, 6 Familien mit drei Kindern, haben es sehr genossen in dieser wunderbaren Villa 14 Tage Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Service war spitzenklasse. Nik wie auch Lirim waren immer zur Stelle, wenn Hilfe oder Info nötig waren. Vielen Dank dafür. Das georderte Essen, welches Lirim und seine Frau Marisa für uns zubereitet haben, war ausgezeichnet und danach sah die Küche tip top aus. Positiv überrascht hat uns außerdem, dass am Ende der ersten Woche das Haus erneut geputzt wurde, incl Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Das Haus und der große Garten, sowie die Ausstattung der Villa mit Swimmingpool, Tennisplatz, Kino, Tischtennisplatte haben in unserer Großfamilie für eine sehr positive Grundstimmung während des gesamten Urlaubs gesorgt. Selbst die beiden Hunde waren entspannt. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Die gesamte Region hat soviel zu bieten.

Super Urlaub! Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen!
Wir waren mit 5 Familien (10 Erwachsene und 11 Kinder im Alter zwischen 1 und 12) Ende Juli/Anfang August für eine Woche in dem Haus. Es war alles perfekt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Es teilt sich in vier Trakte, so dass drei Familien jeweils einen Trakt zur Verfügung hatten und zwei Familien sich einen Trakt teilten. Badezimmer waren in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden, mindestens ein Badezimmer pro Familie. Vor Ankunft fragt Nik genau ab, welchen Bedarf bzw. welche Schlafzimmerausstattung man benötigt und richtet die Zimmer entsprechend ein. Wir haben uns selbst verpflegt, was in der großen, gut ausgestatteten Küche problemlos möglich war. Der Essbereich draußen vor dem Haus bietet mehr als genug Platz für alle. Am letzten Abend haben wir uns von Giacomo bekochen lassen. Das Essen und die Weine, die Lirim besorgt hat, waren exzellent. Außerdem haben die beiden die Küche im Anschluss tiptop aufgeräumt, so sah sie den kompletten Urlaub nicht aus. Das war ein kulinarisches Highlight, das man auf jeden Fall empfehlen kann. Der Service durch Lirim über Nik ist unübertroffen. Nik war jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar und hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Als wir ihn einmal um einen Tipp bzgl. eines Ohrenarztes kontaktierten, weil eines der Kinder Ohrenschmerzen hatte, kam innerhalb kürzester Zeit Lirim und hat Mutter und Kind zum Ärztezentrum gefahren, wo dem Kind dank Lirims Vermittlung sehr schnell geholfen wurde. Lirim hat sich außerdem jeden Morgen um den stark beanspruchten Pool gekümmert. Dieser hat sich großer Beliebtheit erfreut. Nach einer kurzen Autofahrt ist man bei einem Coop oder im Ort Fano. Zwei Mal die Woche ist dort Markt. IÜ kann man dort ganz schön einkaufen, Eis essen etc. Einen Strand gibt es auch, allerdings ist dieser je nach Jahreszeit entsprechend voll. Fährt man ein Stück die Küste entlang, bieten sich jedoch weitere weniger besuchte Strandabschnitte. Nik gibt vorab verschiedene schöne Ausflugstipps. Wir waren allerdings nicht sehr viel unterwegs. Der Großteil von uns hat lieber auf dem großen Grundstück relaxt. Es war neben dem Tennisplatz auch noch eine Tischtennisplatte vorhanden. Es gab Tennis- und Tischtennisschläger und ein paar Spiele im Haus. Wir alle können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub. Nik und Lirim haben dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Es gibt nicht das geringste zu bemängeln.

Perfekte Unterkunft - perfekte Betreuung durch den Besitzer und sein Team
Haben mit 5 Familien eine tolle Woche in dem wirklich wunderschönen, geräumigen haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt ca 2 km vom Meer entfernt, man kann wirklich schöne Ausflüge machen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Einrichtung incl. perfekt ausgestatteter Küche lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir haben mit Frühstücksservice und Abendessen gebucht, beide Kontakte durch den Hausbesitzer Nic vermittelt - ein absoluter Volltreffer! Essen bewegt sich im Sterne Niveau. Wir mussten (durften) uns auch nicht um Aufräumen kümmern! Nic war jederzeit erreichbar und hat alle Fragen toll beantwortet und sich wirklich um alles gekümmert! Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub! Danke Nic, Lirim (mit Frau), Giacomo, Paolo, Gina und Marco im Hintergrund!

Schönes Landhaus mit hervorragendem Service
Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen in der Villa Belgatto und fühlten uns dort bestens betreut und aufgehoben. Das Landhaus liegt sehr ruhig in schöner Lage etwas außerhalb von Fano. Es ist gut ausgestattet und noch besser betreut von Lirim, der uns jeden Morgen das Frühstück zubereitete. Er war auch darüber hinaus ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Während unseres 8tägigen Aufenthalts wurden wir an jedem zweiten Abend von Giaccomo aufs feinste bekocht, assistiert von Lirim.....wir brauchten uns um nichts zu kümmern! Sehr hilfreich war außerdem Nik, unser freundlicher und sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der uns per SMS ständig mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand, vielen Dank nochmal dafür!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr weitläufig, so dass man sich auch als große Gruppe nicht auf die Nerven geht. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Die Küche ist optimal für das gemeinsame Kochen geeignet. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet alles, was man für eine große Gruppe braucht. Darüber hinaus gibt es diverse Outdoor Spiele (Tennisschläger auch für Kinder und Bälle, Federball, Tischtennis, Boccia), Gesellschaftsspiele (nicht auf Deutsch), Bücher und Zeitschriften (z.B. Merian Umbrien und Marken). In den Schlafzimmern wurden Fliegengitter an den Fenstern angebracht, was sehr angenehm ist. Mit Autan konnte man aber auch Abends noch gut draußen sitzen. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke super. Mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad ist man in 15 Minuten am Strand oder in der Stadt. Der Supermarkt ist noch etwas näher. Trotzdem ist das Haus sehr ländlich und ruhig auf einer Anhöhe gelegen. Für die Rückfahrt mit dem Fahrrad ist deshalb etwas Kondition gefragt. Aber am Ziel wartet ja der kühle Pool :-)

Beautiful Villa with great pool near Fano, Marche
The Villa is really beatiful and clean. The kitchen is perfect, there are enough glasses, plates, pots, etc... We were a group of 3 families with friends and kids (9 grown ups, 9 kids) and there was enough space with plenty of sleeping rooms for all of us. The pool is very large (12*6m) and very deep (~2,5m). There are beatiful cities and beaches to visit nearby. The host, Nik, is very kind and always available for any question or when help is needed. One part of the house is used by another person living there, but we were never disturbed. There are no neighbours disturbed by music in the evenings. All in all we can really recommend Niks Villa!

Shabby Chic auf dem italienischen Land
Perfekte Villa für die Großfamilie oder Gruppe (eher nicht für Studenten, da in der Hochsaison mit gewichtigem Preis). Der Tennis-hart-platz war in ordentlichem Zustand. Die Villa an nicht relevanten Stellen leicht shabby, Küche, Pool pefekt! Das Home Cinema nutzten wir tatsächlich. Filme mitbringen! Betten gut bis sehr gut. Die Betreuung (Besitzer, Hauskeeper....usw.) war super. Also insgesamt echte 4 Sterne, wenn da (was man dem Haus nur indirekt ankreiden kann) nicht eine Unmenge an Tigermücken gewesen wären. Ein Aufenthalt draußen am Pool war auch tags nur mit Autan oder Anti-brumm möglich (August 2018). So war es aber auch in ganz Fano/Italien. Schade.

Tolles Landhaus mit wunderschönem Garten und super Service
Wir verbrachten mit 10 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern eine tolle Woche in den Marken. Die Zimmer sind alle groß, gepflegt und für jedes steht ein Bad zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich gibt es eine moderne, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, bei der keine Wünsche offen blieben. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Tennisplatz ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet mehr als ausreichend Platz für sportliche Aktivitäten aber auch Ruhe und Entspannung. An einem Abend durften wir die Künste eines einheimischen Koches genießen, der uns ganz unkompliziert vom Vermieter organisiert wurde - wir raten jedem, diesen kulinarischen Ausflug in die typische Küche der Marken auszuprobieren. Äußerst angenehm war der unauffällige aber gewissenhafte Service rund um unseren Aufenthalt (tägliche Poolreinigung, Abholung des Mülls, An- und Abreise etc.). In der Nähe stehen ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, Strandausflüge, Stadtausflüge usw. bereit. Ausdrücklich positiv möchten wir auch noch die tolle Komunikation mit dem Vermieter bewerten. Nik kümmert sich vorab um alles, auch Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Er ist ein Vermieter, wie man sich ihn für einen entspannten Urlaub nur wünschen kann. Von unserer Seite ist es also absolut empfehlenswert, eine wunderbare Zeit im "Belgatto57" zu verbringen.

We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend.

Family vacation.
Before arriving in Fano we had freqent contact with Nikolaj who was very helpful with information about what to do in Fano and the surroundings. The house was perfect for our family of 18 people. A lot of time was spent by the pool and the kids loved it! A modern kitchen made it easy to cook dinner. Lirim who is the janitor and lives in the house is very helpful when you need him. Overall a perfect week in Fano.

Lovely stay for the whole family
We stayed at the villa for a week, a family of 21. Everyone enjoyed the time there as there was a plenty of room for everyone and a lot of amentities for the kids. Amazing house
We were a group of 14 friends in our late 20s, and this house was perfect for us! Nik, Lirim, and the rest of the Belgatto team were incredible. They helped us get the best out of our stay, for example, arranging a wine tasting and delivering fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Beautiful house and surroundings with spacious rooms, olive and fig trees, and a refreshing pool. Walking distance to the sea and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic Fano!
We were a group of 4 families. 8 adults and many mor kids!! We all enjoyed our time at the villa very much. The kids and adults all enjoyed the tennis, basketball, ping pong and pool! The layout of the villa is terrific. Room for everyone. Nik and his Team though really set this property apart from any other we’ve stayed. They are supper attentive and answer any questions immediately. We made requests for wine tasting, truffle hunting and even about adopting a dog and Nik made amazing recommendations! Anything we needed he and his team were on it! We couldn’t recommend staying here more! Thank you Nik and team!!

Ideale per iniziare bene il 2020!
Eravamo un gruppo di amici composto da 6/7 coppie con 13/14 bimbi e abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni a cavallo di capodanno in questa struttura enorme, curata e confortevole. Tutto come ci aspettavamo! Siamo riusciti, nonostante il freddo, a utilizzare il bbq esterno e il campo da tennis. Le camere sono ben tenute e pulite. Arredamento curato. Alcune migliorie già consigliate al proprietario un po' più di luce nella zona soggiorno/pranzo/cena, qualche sgabello in più per sfruttare meglio l'isola intorno alla cucina. Peccato in alcuni bagni manchino i bidet (ma sappiamo che è una necessità molto italiana). Comunque ospitalità incredibile e penso torneremo anche il prossimo anno.

Wonderful week in Belgatto 57!
Wonderful house for a big group of people! We spent the week together with 22 people, out of 12 were children between the age of 5 and 18. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful and functional place with relaxed and comfortable rules. Small details like soap in all the bathrooms and detergents for laundry were highly appreciated. Also the possibility for recycling was great. The tennis and fetherball rackets were well used, beautiful and quiet surrounding neighbourhood was nice to get to know by running. The host was discrete, kind and efficient. Fano is a beautiful and intresting small town with a nice distance from the house. If you want to make it even better, get the stairs to the tennis court fixed and arrange more and smaller (would fit better to the dishwasher!) normal drinking glasses to the kitchen! Old and charming house with space for all. Kids could play on the large spaces outside as well as watching a movie inside when they have had enough of playing in the pool. Parents happy with the large dining area outside, playing tennis or relaxing by the pool. Excellent service from owner. Pool kept nice and tidy. We booked this property for 15 adults of varying ages and 3 children. There was plenty of room for us all. The swimming pool was cleaned every day and although not heated, we enjoyed using it daily. It is about a 30 minute walk to the beach and nearest supermarket. The Owner of the house messaged with details needed and other info he though that would be helpful. His communication was really good. Lirim came everyday to clean the pool and remove rubbish and again he was very friendly and helpful. We hired Marisa to teach us how to make pasta, which is worth doing and also to cook us a 3 course meal...again excellent and worth doing. I would recommend this house..it is definitely 5*

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni in questa bella casa di campagna con amici e figli per capodanno. Gli spazi interni sono confortevole e curati. Quelli esterni sicuramente meritano nel periodo primaverile e estivo: la piscina e il campo da tennis sono un plus non da poco. Ci siamo sistemati e ambientati subito e Nik (e il custode Marco) sono sempre stati a disposizione con una cordialità unica. Ogni anno ci piace cambiare zona per le nostre vacanze ma ci faremo sicuramente un pensierino... Grazie mille Nik!!!!!

La proprietà è molto bella e si trova in una posizione strategica, tranquilla ma non distante dal centro di Fano. Lirim (la persona che si occupa della proprietà) è sempre sorridente e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta, rendendo tutto perfetto. Do quattro stelle e non cinque per i bagni, che andrebbero rinnovati, e perché la villa e il resto della proprietà hanno le potenzialità per essere ancora più belle

Myself and my friends absolutely loved our stay. The villa was lovely with a beautiful outdoor area. Fano, the town, was also great and in walking distance from the villa. Una vacanza indimenticabile!
Con un gruppo di amici e parenti - in tutto 16 persone - abbiamo trascorso due settimane rilassanti e divertenti in questa meravigliosa villa. La possibilità di usare la piscina (curatissima e pulitissima grazie alle cure giornaliere di Lirim) ed il campo da tennis è stata molto apprezzata da grandi e bambini. La villa si trova comunque a 5 min. da spiaggie e centro. Nik è stato magnifico e attentissimo padrone di casa dal primo all'ultimo istante. Un grazie speciale al suo efficentissimo e cortesissimo team sul posto. Raccomando Belgatto vivamente. La villa è bellissima, silenziosa, spaziosa e comodissima. Per sempre nei nostri ricordi.
