Although I had an issue with my bathroom door (wouldn’t close & I didn’t report it because it wasn’t that big of a deal to me), my stay was very nice. The hot breakfast was soooo good. Glad to see a hotel with a hot breakfast again. Thank you. I was very impressed with the pancake making machine.

Very clean and comfortable. There was no hair dryer in my room and the front desk staff said he could not get one for me until housekeeping arrived nine. I had to leave before nine so was stuck without a hair dryer.

Apathetic zombie staff plus bad checking policy plus interior accomodations to other hotels nearby like the Wenayoke means better choices can be had for cheaper. Also, found a nice pub on the shower wall.

Got double charged and still no resolution. Check-in took over an hour, but the lady was new and she was nice. The breakfast lady was nice and food was decent. Lotion dispenser was empty in the room and never got sent more after talking to front desk.

Me and my husband stay for the weekend for a concert in town. Was very pleased with the cleanliness and overall experience there. The breakfast hit the spot both mornings. It was a 5 mins walk to the movie theater and many other things. Will definitely be back especially for the scenery and the comfort level

Suggestions… 1) turn lights on over the reception desk 2) remove the COVID era notices, signage, and barriers 3) Clean the lobby, elevators, and common areas 4) The outside trash can next to the entrance is always overflowing- that’s the first impression 5) clean up the trash in the parking lot. Just simply control the controls and the customer experience would drastically improve.

The room was clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the breakfast very good. FYI the Keurig in the room was broken but we travel with our own so it wasn’t a problem for us. Other than that we would book again if in the area!

This is a newer property. Was very nice, quiet, and the staff is great! They have nice outside seating areas to visit with friends/family you are visiting. They have a great breakfast spread - eggs, pancakes, fruit, cereal, pastries, etc. Debra - the breakfast attendant- was a shining star at this hotel. She loves on strangers and makes sure they are taken care and feel welcome. If there is a bonus or accommodation for HI employees Debra deserves one! She makes you feel like family. I would return to this place if I ever visit FarmVille again.
