The host was very communicative during our stay. The unit was well supplied for our four day stay. We had a small hiccup with our key fob access that was rectified quickly. My weak point for our stay would be that our blinds in our bedrooms did not block out the ambient light coming from the adjacent...

« A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

« The property was in a very walkable location of Pentagon City and was large. We walked to Pentagon City and many restaurants. The apartment was dirty, we had to wash the sheets on the main bed before we could sleep on it. The floor needed to be mopped and there were food stains on a couple of cabinets. The vacuums and mops were stored in the main bedroom closet where we had to hang our clothes. Not enough trash bags or toilet paper, we ran out. »

« I had booked this hotel through expedia for a fixed rate. After getting home I realized my card was charged over $500 more than it should have been. Upon calling, the staff member told me because they overbooked and upgraded our room, they increased the prices for each night. We were never informed of this upgrade and the room was a basic standard room. The staff member told me they would reimburse me the $531 but it’s been over a week and I’m still waiting. Very shady on the staffs part....

« Propreté de la chambre, confort absolu! Personnel courtois, serviable, le repas du restaurant savoureux, le buffet du petit déjeuner très complet et délicieux. Seul bémol le service de navette de l’aéroport pour se rendre à l’hôtel, très complexe de rejoindre le desk et attente de 45 min. dans notre cas nous avons opter pour une autre option ! Pour le retour vers l’aéroport c’était simple et rapide. »

« Don’t stay here. I checked in and the beds were dirty, there were dishes in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty as well. I called the host to help me. I sent photos. They said they would try to help me. And there was no response for an hour or afterwards. I couldn’t stay in a dirty bed so I had to book another hotel. As of today, I have not received any response from the host, or reimbursement, or apology. »

« Positives: I loved the location. Next to walking paths, restaurants, grocery store, athletic fields, aquatic center, and Potomac overlook. Close to DC without being in it. I felt safe in the area. Negatives: I did not like having to provide a selfie for me and IDs for relatives staying with me. This was due to no front desk personnel on site: I had to deal with issues through customer service personnel in another state. I was very disappointed when a maintenance worker walked into the apartment...

« We loved it! The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was close to everything we needed- 10 minute walk to Pentagon, 10 minute walk to metro train. The only down fall was we didn't know about paying for parking - we found out the day we left though so were able to get it taken care of before we arrived. We parked the car and never moved it until the day we left. Everyone was very helpful and we were contacted several times by wehost to make sure we had all we needed. When we had questions...
