« We rented a room for 3 persons with two beds. One of the mattress was so dirty and stank so much we asked the hotel to remove it from the room. They couldn't replace it. The 3 of us had to sleep in a 2 person bed ! They refused any refund or compensation! A few more problems: shower wasn't working properly (either cold or burning hot water), bathroom was dirty.
And if that's not enough for you to choose another place : front street is noisy and smelly from the intense traffic all day and...

« I wasn’t able to stay my first night as the check-in process is all online and they never send me a check in code and wouldn’t respond when I reached out. Music kept up awake until 3:30am as a nightclub/bar is situated directly below, which causes the walls to vibrate. There was also no air conditioning remote. We tried twice to get this sorted during our stay. The first time, they said they would look into it for us, but this never happened. The second time, they promised to send a technician...

« This is not a hotel but rather an apartment rental. The wifi was not working and the place was infested with termites. We had to leave in the middle of the night because there were termites all over the bed. We were promised a refund but only received a partial refund. Stay in a real hotel and avoid this place. Oh they’re also doing construction next door. »

« Vraiment pas impressionné par la chambre...pas d'équipements... même pas une poubelle. Mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain, mais le plus gênant c'est que la chambre donne sur une avenue passante et c est mal isolé. Pas très confortable. Le seul point positif, c'est le petit déjeuner qui est au dessus des attentes . Pour le reste, vraiment banal, pas très " styles"... »
