« It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle....

« We did not have pets or children. It was spacious for our family of 5 adults with the convenience of 2 bathrooms. It had the basics in the kitchen. A parking that came with the property. « Lovely little back-yard cottage near downtown San Jose. Perfect for pets. The hosts are attentive to details and it meets all basic needs. Excellent washer/dryer and great shower. Extremely clean, but the linens/pillows could use some updating. Also, parking is a small challenge but not a deal-breaker. For our stay, the guests in the other unit were charming and invited us to their birthday celebration. Would stay again. »
