Hotel Fenghuang

« Very clean room, excellent helpful owner who picked us up from bus station, close to ancient town. »

« Chambre avec un confort premium, une vue grandiose. Le personnel est très gentil et très à l'écoute de notre bien être Le excellent petit déjeuner local est un plus, offert gracieusement. Dans un cadre idyllique proche de tout mais au calme. Je recommande vivement. »

« Overall property great, staff on arrival for breakfast at door not very helpful with the broken coffee machine and my cup of coffee I tried making. By doing half her job caused an ateration with another customer over who's coffee was ready on the machine »

« Good hotel »

« Large modern room with comfortable bed and separate bathtub & shower. Quiet location. Staff do not speak English, which is typical even for Western branded hotels in China. My room smelled a bit like sulfur, strongest near the toilet, but common areas did not. Air conditioner did not work. When reported to front desk, the complaint was met with a shrug. A bit of a walk from the historic area, but a gated walkway serves as a shortcut. »

« Everything was amazing. From the very first interaction to the very last farewell. The host always responds to my questions promptly. Provided assistance with transportation to and from train station. Had welcome drink and snacks for us. Room was spotless and very comfortable, location was awesome as well. Situation very close to the river. Short walk to everything. Would definitely recommend to others. »

« el baño de la habitación era muy feo y viejo al punto q decidimos de cambiar de hotel. el personal era correcto »

« Well located in a quiet area near all attractions, this hotel is good value for money bit has a lot of mosquitoes. The owner is very helpful and the instructions to find the hotel very clear. I recommend »

« First off, the address is wrong. It directs you to JOMO hotel in another town that is not Fenghuang. We got in late at night and had to spend an hour sorting this out with our Taxi driver’s help. The hotel is right next to a nightclub so the music is blasting in your room. Don’t expect to get any sleep because it’s so loud that it almost feels like you are sleeping in a nightclub. This is not a 3.5 star hotel. I’m not sure how it got this rating. This definitely feels like a 1 star motel....

« Good location, friendly staff, easy to find delicious foods around the neighborhood »
