House was clean and was packed with just about everything you’d need for your stay. It was close enough to town but far enough from neighbors. The coffee bar was a great touch and it was a delicious blend.

We just stayed here for a long overdue family reunion, and we couldn’t stop commenting about how perfect everything was. The owner and management company have done a wonderful job providing pretty much anything you can think of to be comfortable, with a whole lot of extras. The house is beautifully decorated, and you can tell that it has been so well maintained and cared for. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and was so fun to cook in while visiting with family in the living room and dining area because of the open floor plan. The yard was beautifully manicured and had all of the amenities, including another outdoor dining table that we sat around for morning coffee, the hot tub, and a fantastic fire pit with plenty of seating.While there are other houses around, you can hardly tell because of the forest setting around the house. Plenty of room for everyone to come together or spread out because of all the space.Pier Cove, Oval Beach, and other beach overlooks are a short distance from the house, which was such a surprise for us. Saugatuck is literally minutes away and Holland just a short drive further for shopping.The house couldn’t be more perfect! Thank you for such a wonderful stay and so many unforgettable memories!!

I have rented many houses for family and friend vacations and this one by far has to be one of the best!!It has everything you will need, I always bring extra paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper most places only supply a very small amount this place had all the extra we needed.My whole family loved this house especially the grandchildren lots of room to run.The location is perfect!We will definitely be back.Dawn

Good location

I didn’t give the neighborhood five stars simply because there is no neighborhood. But that can be a positive. It was very peaceful and green (June).But we picked this house because it was kind of close to a lot of things. The way the water and bridges are configured meant we were closer to things we wanted to do than other locations that look closer on the map. In our case, Oval Beach, dunes, and Douglas/Sagatuck. Also, Holland is not far thanks to the interstate. The property itself was also very nice. We really enjoyed the house. Great for a family meet up. The huge front yard meant there were no worries about kids running into the street. The communication was great. We are already thinking about next time. I guess the doors were creaking in some of the rooms. (Easy fix with wd40) and the beds seemed small. Perhaps the smallest versions of queens etc? Also, no closet in the upstairs but there is so much room it really doesn’t matter. If you had to keep something formal plenty of places to hang it on other rooms. All in all, just a wonderful property right on the blue star highway and easy access to interstate 196. Perfect for familes that want access to the beaches, and also the cities.

My friends and I stayed here for a relaxed weekend in for my bachelorette party. The place was so beautiful and clean when we arrived. We had plenty of space and felt right at home. The weekend was a blast and were sad to leave. We would book again!

Always wanted to visit this area

The home was exactly as described. It was extremely clean, enjoyed the coffee provided and loved the welcome basket for our pup. The weather wasn't great but those are the chances you take in early spring. It allowed us to get away from all that we've been dealing with and recharge for a couple of days! Wonderful Winter Retreat

The property was beautiful and well maintained. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and made good use of the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more for cooking. It even had a little coffee bar set up with local coffee and teas and a variety of simple syrups. We stayed here with our family and pups over Christmas and loved all the wood and the cabin feel. The host even put out some Christmas decorations that were beautiful.We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this beautiful, cozy home.

We had an incredible stay at this property with our group of friends! The house was absolutely stunning and looked even better than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and it was spotless upon our arrival. The common areas were perfect for hanging out, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor space was a highlight—great for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Beautiful home!

This is a gorgeous property! It was exceptionally clean and well supplied. It is decorated beautifully and has the perfect central location to Saugatuck, South Haven, Holland, etc. It is by far the nicest vacation rental I have ever stayed in!

Beautiful house in a great location!

Everyone loved our weekend stay at the Have It All Haven. Stayed with 9 adults…ages 23 to 84….and our dog. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed all of the amenities…fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, volleyball, cornhole, and a great room with a fireplace, comfy seating, and large television. All of the bedrooms had comfortable beds and televisions. Perfect location to enjoy all that the area has to offer - Fennville, Douglas, and Saugatuck! Would definitely rent again!

Clean, clean, clean. All amenities and listing was as presented on VRBO. All of us agreed the beds and bedding were top quality and very comfy. We had a guys weekend golf trip and ate out for our main meals, but noticed if we wanted to eat at the house we would have had all the key utensils and housewares. The setting was quiet and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The entire group of 6 discussed booking the place again next year.

Fantastic spot

We were looking for a quiet house for a family getaway with six adults and a small dog after our busy wedding weekend. And this place truly made our week! The house was a great base for exploring the area: a quiet, spacious lot, the house has great amenities, enough bedrooms and a well-stocked kitchen to cook a meal for the entire family. The place looks just like the pictures, very clean and exactly as described. We had a great time and even extended our stay by one additional night as we liked it so much. There was some additional paperwork required by property management via a separate system; but that appeared very professionally handled. Communication via text over the course of our stay was great (check ins if everything is OK, super quick replies to questions). Would absolutely stay again and recommend!

Beautiful home! Private backyard with a firepit. We appreciated the small stack of wood to get us started. Grilled dinner and had everything we needed. 3 cute bedrooms with a bonus loft. It was perfect for 4 couples. We loved it!

Great house and property

We stayed 6 nights in mid-August and had a great stay. Kevin was very helpful and had the house beautifully decorated and furnished. The 3 acre wooded property is incredible with fire pit in back and plenty of seating. We enjoyed the front screened porch and the back deck. Outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after the visiting beaches just minutes away. In the country but so convenient. Hopefully we’ll have the opportunity to visit again.

Wonderful stay

We rented the house with friends and it was a wonderful space for all of us. The house was very clean and comfortable. The lovely beaches are not a far drive and very close to Douglas, Fennville and Saugatuk. We’d love to come back. Thanks again!

We were captivated by the amazing architecture and interior design.

Everything about this place is first class! We filled every bed with 7 adults and 3 children and still had plenty of room in the shared spaces. The beds and linens were excellent and the furniture is a tasteful mix of natural wood with new and refurbished pieces. The kitchen was outfitted better than any other owner rental we have stayed at, with many electronics and plenty of quality dinnerware and serving pieces. We cooked meals inside and outside on the large grill and enjoyed the deck and firepit. Being set back off the road and surrounded by woods it felt very private and the location between South Haven and Douglas gave us plenty of options for lakes, food and activities. We would definitely stay again!
