« We didn’t get the room we booked. The one we got (when we arrived) was much smaller and not nearly as nice. With a lot of effort (there’s no one on site, everything is handled through an “agent” - who sounds like they’re outside the U.S. - which then notifies the actual Three Trails Company to get in touch with you - it’s a long, tedious way to handle any issue which may arise). We were able to finally get an upgrade, but it still wasn’t as nice as the room we originally booked. »

« We stayed here for the Grayson Highlands 50k and had an amazing time. The kitchen was wonderful and we had plenty of room to spread out and lounge before and after the race! A very comfy and cozy property. The showers had amazing water pressure and got very hot and the bathroom heater came in very handy after a chilly day in the park. »

« Everything about this listing was fabulous from the beginning to the end of our three night stay! Such a wonderful, peaceful place surrounded by trees and singing birds. The cabin was comfortable and immaculate. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace were enjoyed each evening....so relaxing! The kitchen was well fitted out with everything we needed to prepare our meals. « The inside of the cabin is beautiful! Some of the pictures makes you believe you have access to the lake. You do not! It is owned by a camp ground and they have no choice words to make sure you know it and stay away. Keys are in a lock box but my communication said they would be under a mat. Never was communicated the code to the lock box until the owners mother happen to drive by. She seemed more surprised than I did that I hadn't been told. They claim the wifi operates without a password but...
