« A complete catastrophe, the house owner didn't get in touch. I booked the house 4 months before. When I arrived I couldn't move into the house, I was left lying on my side, without accommodation. The agency did take care of it a day later, but not for the day I arrived. I haven't received any reimbursement from them yet. So I can't recommend it at all, as the house owner didn't care a damn thing and didn't reply to any emails or messages. I had to pay for the second apartment myself, so the...

"J'ai Ă©tĂ© contraint de quitter l'hĂŽtel dĂšs le 4 mai en raison de conditions de sĂ©jour totalement inadmissibles. Pendant deux jours, il n'y avait aucune eau courante - une situation tout simplement inacceptable dans un pays oĂč la chaleur et l'humiditĂ© sont extrĂȘmes. Nous devions nous contenter d'un seau d'eau froide pour tous nos besoins essentiels, y compris pour se laver. C'est indigne, insalubre et dangereux pour la santĂ©. À cela s'ajoutent des cafards dans la chambre, aucun systĂšme d'aĂ©ration, et aucune assistance malgrĂ© mes alertes immĂ©diates et l'envoi de preuves photographiques. Aucun relogement ne m'a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©. Je dĂ©conseille vivement cet Ă©tablissement, Ă  Ă©viter absolument si vous tenez Ă  un minimum de confort et d'hygiĂšne."
