« This house has everything! Well stocked kitchen; easy and clear directions; perfect out in the country getaway. We kayaked up and down the Little Mo, looked for cool rocks, and relaxed so much. We will be recommending this place to all our friends. »

« Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place....

« This rental will be a favorite of ours. Im from Ft Smith so going back to see family is made easier with properties like this. Definitely a 10/10. »

« Stayed in the area for 2 nights to attend a local event and wanted a place to relax and enjoy the down time. This was an excellent choice. Quiet and right on the river. Caught fish off of the dock in the morning. Will stay there again if I am in the area. »

"Cela fait deux hotels du groupe Whyndam en deux jours ou je passe une tres mauvaise nuit. Je me suis fait avoir par la nite sur hotels.com qui semblait tres convenable. La chambre etait en tres mauvaise etat et etait sale. Tapisserie qui se decroche, la ventilation de la salle bain qui se déclenchait avec la lumière ainsi que la climatisation faisaient tellement de bruit que je n'ai pas pu les utiliser. Etat de propreté de la chambre inacceptable. Voir photos ci-joint. Je serais reconnaissant si vous faites un geste commercial suite à ces nuits "
