Blocks from The Boatslip (daily Tea), Joe's Coffee, and smack dab in the middle of the best shops, restaurants, galleries, and all that Commercial Street has to offer - this is your place. I will for sure be back! »

« The bathroom and bedroom were really a small space for two people.. The air conditioners had filters in need of cleaning and were loud. Kitchen and living room were spacious enough with the convenience of preparing meals whenever we wanted to eat. We loved waking up in the setting looking out over the pond. Very close to the Cape Cod bike trail, which was spectacular! »

« The property was perfect for us! It was clean and cozy, exactly as described. Close to the water and centrally located on the Cape, we had an excellent week of vacation. Janet’s instructions and communication were spot on. The home was comfortable and very conducive to easy living and relaxation. We had a great time and look forward to returning. »

« Nice location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable, and clean with a feeling of newness. Nice time of year to enjoy the porch and there was plenty of room for our group of seven. Three couches in the basement! Easy to get to town or beaches, etc. Host was helpful and communicative. »

« The condo has been updated and is beautiful inside. Chris is very responsive to questions or issues that come up. The Ocean Edge staff is very strict on access to their facilities and most were totally confused with being an "unaccompanied guest" of the host. The golf club told me that arrangement was not allowed. I got Chris on the phone and with a three way call he was able to straighten it out. »

« Great location 17 minutes walk to the beach. Walkable distance to a convenience store and many restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful houses. The house is clean, spacious and cozy. Less than 30 minutes drive to the Hyannis Port where you can catch the fast-ferry to Nantucket island which was the purpose of our vacation.
