« We came from a long-haul flight that arrived around 5 AM, so I had to book the room starting the night before to ensure I would have a room when I arrived in Manila. I had already communicated this arrangement in advance and was told that reception would be informed about our arrival. However, when I arrived, I was told that someone stayed in the room and they have to clean it. Since I had technically already paid for the room for the previous night, I expected it to be available when I...

« This is was my third time at this hotel. I found our stay amazing as usual, the bed is comfortable, lots of room in the studio style room. Always clean, nice big 55 in. TV, good Aircon. Check-in and out is straight forward and best of all at a very affordable price. »

« The condo had potential, but unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, especially considering we paid ₱18,000+ per night. Check-in was unnecessarily delayed due to missing registration documents and poor coordination. The unit needed better cleaning and maintenance. The blankets and couches smelled strongly of sweat/mustiness, the unit and bathroom smelled moldy, the water initially came out yellow, and the outdoor chairs were heavily rusted. There were also no AC remotes and no shampoo or...

« Room design and functionalities, great staff, eco friendly initiatives »

« I've been in différent Seda établissements with family for staycations and Seda Résidences Makati was my least enjoyable stay. Facilities and breakfast food were subpar, and location is unpractical. My family and i also find the cleanliness of the ammenities to be underwhelming and dated that it does not justify the price point of what we paid. »

« Great place for business trips. The facilities are great and the service is impeccable. I'm definitely coming back »

« Surprised and impressed. Impeccably equiped room, clean, modern and comfortable. I’d certainly return, particularly if flying out of Clark airport again. »

« The rooms are not clean, the breakfast is very limited. »

« Room was immaculate and the views were great. They were more than accommodating, went above and beyond to help me out when my flight got delayed a whole day and were willing to push back my original dates requested. Their sauna was great, their tomato soup was the best I ever had and I’m not even a tomato soup kinda person. Great location. Everyone and I mean everyone was very nice and respectful. Thanks for everything Oakwood. Had a blast »
