« The area is in the slums and smells terrible. We lost power a few times. Inside the apartment are signs everywhere telling you what to do and not do. There was a sign telling us to flush the toilet after using it, no alcohol, take your shoes off, do not enter this room, no smoking..etc. The ac was only upstairs in the bedroom area. The property manager was responsive and nice to talk to. He has no control over the areas power outage and smell. If you need somewhere to stay it will do. Don’t...

« We had a wonderful stay at The First Clark Hotel & Residence. The entire place is very clean, quiet, and well‑maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Having a washer/dryer inside the room was a big bonus and added so much convenience. We hope they continue keeping the property in this brand‑new condition. We’ll definitely come back again. »
