« This house is a great find! It’s a cozy spot with excellent use of space. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, and the location puts you about 30-40 minutes from all things Pittsburgh. The house itself looks even better than advertised. It’s immaculate, the rooms are good sized and well decorated; the host provides everything from water and snacks to toothbrushes and other amenities. And if you need anything special they respond to messages promptly. If you stay here, we would highly recommend...

« Cosy is the best word for this property. But also very well equipped. Everything we could possibly need except food itself was tucked away in all of the various drawers and cabinets. We chose it for pet-friendliness but didn’t end up bringing our dog. They even had a dog cage available. The stairs to the backyard are a bit steep but a vacant lot is available at the end of the street just 3 houses away. « This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft.
