„This was a great place! The host Gloria was extremely kind and efficient. Thank you so much! Our family had an amazing time! The ease of checking in and out were great.We had a pretty view of lake and mountains and a private beach right across the street. Booked last minute for a concert at the Bank of Pavillion and was a 5 min walk to the venue! Wish we had booked for longer! We will definitely be back!“

„We loved the property. The house was clean and better than expected. My 90 year old dad who is a carpenter could not stop taking about all the woodwork. The weather was awful but we were able to go the the lake. Must be great in warmer weather“

„Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay.“

„The cabin we stayed in was great. Small refrigerator and everything we needed was inside. It was clean and check in was easy. The amenities around the cabins were great. Showers, a cute little arcade and outdoor seating and games. There was a vending machine and ice, along with a washer and dryer. Great location and beautiful scenery. “

„Very clean cabin! Loved having a little screened in porch! The chairs and fire pit right out front of our spot was an added bonus. The showers had great water pressure and were very clean! Would visit again.“

„Well sorted house 3 minutes from gunstock. 3 bedrooms make it easy to vacation with 3 generations. The driveway is certainly steep and eager to form ice. I put down about 3 bags of salt to solve the issue. I recommend you do the same. AWD and winter tires highly recommended.“

„The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away.“

"We got no room with Lake View. The room looks very old disign, bit the bathroom was new and clean. The Beds are absolutely not confortable. The walls of the rooms are really thin, we could hear every word our neighbour said the whole night. So we got no sleep. No breakfast included, you can get breakfast at the restaurant, the reception woman told us we will get a discount, but we got no discount."
