« The property was amazing! Very comfortable accommodating everything you needed. The biggest surprise is how wonderful the grounds were. There was a Koi fish pond, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and hammock didn't get to enjoy it as much as I'd like to but I will add an extra day next time to do that A very wonderful Host, Kimberlie was amazing, very responsive, great instructions Anytime I need to go to Las Animas again, I hope this property is available because that's where I'm staying »

« This property was what we needed for our hunting trip. The location was good, house fit all 8 of us and was a good hangout after the days hunt. We'll be trying to book this place again next year. »

« Overall the property was perfect for what we needed. We came for thanksgiving and needed a place to stay for a few days. The rooms were clean, despite a weird smell in the bunk bed room. The beds were too tall for my elderly mom to get into and we needed to borrow something from family to help get her into the bed. Overall would stay here again. »
