« A very cozy and clean experience, from start to finish. The one concern we had going into this was the shared bathroom, however, it was well maintained and clean throughout the entire trip. Communication with the property manager was fast and thorough every time! 10/10 would recommend to anyone going to Charleston. »

« Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. »

« We really enjoyed this location. The description aptly describes the interior. Cool tile floors and interesting architecture. Very short walk to private beach. Growing up as a beach kid, the 70's vibe was super fun. Be advised that this is the bottom level of am occupied house. Outdoor sitting area could use a little attention, but that didn't affect the fun. Thanks for the stay! »
