« My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests. »

« This property was the best choice we could have made as a family. Located in a quiet neighborhood, nearby to plenty of dining options, and walkable within 15 minutes to the main area near Lake Zurich. The accommodations were very spacious and airy, clean and comfortable (2 bedroom luxury apartments). The private rooftop veranda was a nice bonus when not raining. Trams pass in front of the apartment making for additional ease in getting around. Train station was a 12-15 minute very easy/flat walk...

« When we booked this property we received what was supposed to be the view and that view was not close to what we actually had. We were supposed to see the river but saw the apartments across the way. My first trip to Switzerland and the room was a huge disappointment »
