„This was hands-down our favorite mountain stay in PA! Bruce has done such a nice job with the treehouse. It envelopes you in peace and tranquility to allow your stress to drift its way down the river. We look forward to returning to fish off the dock, take a canoe or kayak out for an adventure, grill on the deck overlooking the river, make s’mores around the campfire and just relax in the hot tub. „This was our third year staying at Drooly Bear and we will be back! Close to Lake Raystown and Trough Creek State Park. Great for family get together. Whole family loves it.“

„We brought two boats with us. The road coming in was a little rough but if you go from Hawns Bridge Rd and Trough Creek Valley Rd it is ok. The house was wonderful! Very clean! The fire pit was great! Kitchen had everything you needed. We will definitely stay here again“

„5 STARS - We had a wonderful stay at this home and really appreciated the owner’s responsiveness and hospitality. Just a couple days before our arrival, a lightning strike knocked out the central AC. Unfortunately, due to the holiday weekend, parts couldn’t be delivered in time for our visit.That said, the owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, buying and providing multiple portable air conditioning units throughout the house, which kept things cool and pleasant.
