« What a beautiful, comfortable neighborhood home! We had such a relaxing stay with plenty of room. The beds were so lush; everyone slept so soundly. « Great spot on Baseline Road! Very close to campus if you have a need to visit. The balcony is absolutely glorious in the morning. No direct sun and you can see the front range right there. Parking is very easy and covered (which came in handy!). Doors and walls are well insulated. We could hear people upstairs walking around in the morning but the noise level was very low. « Overall the cabin is very cozy and comfortable. Clean; stocked with cooking ware. We use ATT cellular, which was NOT available in the area, but bypassed it with Wi-Fi, which worked well. It’s close to the road, but there’s not much traffic so it was pretty quiet. The river seating area is beautiful but it is close behind the other cabins, so if you prefer more privacy it’s a little awkward. We didn’t meet the owners, but they are right there on the property and seemed like very wonderful...

When we were at the house, we spent most of our time on the large front porch, which offers amazing views.
