« Great Property! The living space was huge and easily accommodated our party of 7. Property manager was super responsive, check in was easy and limited check out steps needed. They went above and beyond with the little things which to me made all the difference like having a little coffee station with all the coffee, creamer, sugar; laundry had detergent and dryer sheets; kitchen had basic spice and oil staples, etc. We will definitely try to stay here for future visits if the property is...

« This house was perfect for our family while my son had a baseball tournament in Franklin. It was very clean and we enjoyed coming back every day after a long day on the fields to relax. It was close to everything we needed. The communication with Abigail was amazing and she was always available to answer any questions we had. We would stay there again for sure! »

« Perfect location, a/c was amazing. A couple of light bulbs were burnt out and didn’t find the bulbs until the morning we left. Would stay there forever if I could. »

« We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay! »

« The perfect place to stay while in town to drop our oldest son at college! Clean, comfortable, many fun activities for the younger kids. No one wanted to leave. Thank you for making our last weekend with our son so memorable. »

« Great place. Teen kids were entertained. Cowboy pool is very warm due to metal trough but would probably feel good at night. Make sure and bring your own bath soap and shampoo. There were two trial size shampoos but would only be enough for one person and one shower. Neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely stay again :) »

« Such a cute cottage! The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean! Location was perfect! 5 mins from College Station where my daughter had her new student orientation for two days. Will definitely be back! »

« We just stayed in this property for one evening, but it was great. The location is awesome! Right off Highway 6, so it was nice to be out of the congestion around campus, but it was also easy access to everything. The house was clean, well laid out, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and two living areas. The kitchen was very spacious and well appointed. Very pleased with this property! The bathrooms were well appointed with shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hand soap, and there was a nice coffee...
