« Beautiful little house in Waverly, right down the street from Waverly's businesses and dining options. Convenient parking in the driveway and a fenced in yard. Stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so be sure to hold the railing! »

« We rented this property while we attended an event in Cedar Falls. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered. It has new flooring and everything in labeled so you know exactly where everything is. There were 4 of us staying there and it is all we needed for the 3 days we were there. The linens were soft, the house was spacious enough for all of us to have our own space, there was even a multi charger in our bedroom. The only thing I could...

« The property was well maintained and decorated in a cozy and comfortable manor. Location was perfect! Easy route to downtown or UNI, butost importantly - walking distance to my daughter's house. Accomodations were perfect for our 5 adults and two kids. Upstairs with the two double beds was perfect for the family. We will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this at the house. We loved being in a wooded area by the river. The screened-in patio overlooking the water was the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or evening conversation. We especially loved gathering around the fire pit, reminiscing under the stars—it created such a cozy and memorable atmosphere. This home is ideal for get-togethers, with just the right balance of comfort and nature. We would definitely return! »
