« Did not get proper instructions for check in process through Expedia. Also, no parking available at private property location. Had to park 2 blocks away from property and pay extra 30 dollars for which should have been included with renting property. Overall very disappointed and will not use Expedia again »

« While the website states "no elevator", NO WHERE does it say that the units are on the 3rd & 4th floors, up VERY STEEP stairs. NOT user-friendly. »

« The room was clean and fairly large. Two bedrooms and a small hide a bed in the living room. The kitchen faucet was loose as was the bathroom door knob. Minor problems. Six people could fit but it would be cozy. Our group was 3 and it was very nice. Many restaurants and bars were not too far away and baseball/ football stadiums weren’t too far away. Definitely worth it and would recommend. »

« The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building.
