„Two couples on our 70's stayed for two nights in June. Communication was great, .with Diana andwering all of our detailed questions. Checkin was easy. The facility and setting was as described: clean, very well supplied and charming. Our favorite feature was the shaded patio overlooking the Shell Rock river. The deck above was not as impressive. A steakhouse and pub are witin easy walking distance. A walking path along the river leads to a nice park and war memorial. Some of us attended water ...

„My stay was very pleasant. The Condo was very clean and quiet. Everything was there from kitchenwares to linens. The washer and dryer had all the supplies needed to do the laundry. Beds were very comfortable as well. I definitely recommend this Condo for an excellent place to stay when you are traveling or just need a getaway.“

„Stayed here while visiting family and friendsThis property had all of our requirements. 1- large fenced in backyard 2- King size bed! 3- off street parking and extremely clean!!A lot of other things made the stay just perfect. very soft towels, keurig machine, doggie cleanup bags, gate on the deck. And the chaise lounge was lovely to relax in We will definitely stay here again“

„Beautiful lake home! Enjoyed our mini vaca very much! Used the kayaks, enjoyed the lake and hot tub was very relaxing! Ventured out to a couple small towns for breakfast and lunch. “

„It was a wonderful experience. The house is amazing and provides for every need and want. We had 13 family members from 8 years of age up to retirement and it was comfortable for all. We all loved the pool, the game room and spacious living areas, as well as having plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. It was perfect for our family reunion. “

„The property was well maintained and decorated in a cozy and comfortable manor. Location was perfect! Easy route to downtown or UNI, butost importantly - walking distance to my daughter's house. Accomodations were perfect for our 5 adults and two kids. Upstairs with the two double beds was perfect for the family. We will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit.“

„What a charming place! The loft was quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. Thoughtful touches and plenty of supplies made the stay very comfortable. Local boutiques are just a short walk away, and the view over the river was the icing on the cake. I stayed for about a week and it quickly felt like home. One note: it can be tricky to get an Uber or Lyft without a car, but Kris was very helpful in pointing me to a local taxi company. Thank you! I’d definitely love to stay here again the next ...
