« No instructions to get washing machine or cook top working. No frying pan, no tea towels, no drying rack. Had issues with dishwasher. Dirty flooring, especially around the bottom of skirting boards. Bathroom fan not working. Carpet in bedroom soiled/stained. Still was a pleasant stay, but certainly not worth over $200 a night (without discount). Hotel reception upon arrival and departure, absolutely lovely. « Great location next to the train station, lovely room with amenities to help you feel more at home. Staff very helpful. Able to store luggage after check out which helped alot. »

« Very clean, neat little space. Kitchen had everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable. Very easy check in / check out process. Short walks to Westfield shopping centre, restaurants and train/bus stations. Something to note: There is a blockout blind on the window but no privacy blind or curtain and my room was facing the street, so if I was in the room with the blind up, anyone walking past could see in. »
