« Came for two nights, family of four. The cottage itself is very basic and rustic, although views on water are beautiful. The whole experience was negative for us after realizing that we were charged double the nightly rate we booked as well as being charged in USD instead of CAD as we had booked. Rates were changed and charged without our consent. The situation soured our experience considerably. Definitely do not recommend this property nor the platform. »

« The house was exactly as advertised. It was well stocked, clean and ready for us to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, a large patio, a fireplace, a beach, quietness and privacy. Best place to relax. The Louisbourg Fortress and its trail are exceptional. The owner was very accommodating and prompt to respond. Thank you Elizabeth. »

« Everything was excellent we had fun and enjoyed the pool. Our section was very spacious and enough room for the 4 of us. Very nice location and close drive into Sydney. Only feedback I have is there was not enough pots & pans to cook properly and adding more cooking utensils. »

« What a beautiful place! The cabin, located just 15 minutes outside of Baddeck, is clean, cozy, and comfortable. There's room for a child or extra guest in the loft, and the kitchenette has everything you need. The view is spectacular, the hammock up in the birch trees is so comfy and peaceful, and there's a fireput to enjoy in cooler seasons. We were so sad we didn't have longer to stay. A blacksmith did a lot of beautiful work on the interior, and the artwork is tasteful and thought-provoking....

« This is a unique stay on the world famous Cabot Trail. It is a one room cabin, like a treehouse over looking St Anns Bay. The washroom facilities are a short walk down hill the facilities. It is not for everybody. It definitely worked for us! We spent 5 nights of relaxing after the beautiful drives we took on the Cabot Trail. The bed was great and having a coffee on the front deck was a great way to start the day. Thank you to the hosts! Cheers @EddieMac75 »
