« Our whole family gathering really enjoyed this great home! The house is very spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was perfect to walk to the beach or Sunset lake. The backyard had 2 nice picnic tables where we had several family dinners together. It was a practical and comfort home for our vacation! »

« Favorite thing to do is enjoying the charming porch and side yard for little ones to play in. Love the 10-15 minute walk to mall. Everyone enjoys reading about history of the house. A nice autumn visit! »

« What a lovely condo! My husband and I rented at the very last minute for our anniversary and had a lovely time, despite the Nor’easter that came crashing through! The pool was closed for the season, so I can’t comment. The double bed in the master is super cute and cozy! There is hand soap, dish soap, & dishwasher detergent, but no toiletries so pack those. The fridge is large and there is a 2 burner stove. There is no coffee grinder but there is a coffee maker. Kevin was lovely to chat with and...

« Such a quaint little house. My husband and I brought our daughter and her two friends to go to the country music fest. The original house we rented got flooded and we had to find another place to stay. This house was just what we needed. We wanted to be close enough to get to the beach and boardwalk daily. We didn’t spend much time in the house as we were at the beach and festival. Having 5 people was tight so I having six will be super crammed. Make sure to bring cooking items, dishes/paper...

« Stayed with family of 9 for a long Thanksgiving weekend. Enjoyed watching sunrise and sunsets from the house and deck everyday. Very spacious for all of us. Kitchen was very well equipped and especially loved the 3 full bathrooms with our large group. Owner was great ensuring an amazing stay. »

« Beautiful place to stay. I will be staying at the Lokal again. Short walk to beach, stores, restaurants....perfect location. If we needed anything, just a text away. Place was clean and I especially loved the heated pool. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Washer and dryer was a plus. We stayed with 5 people and having two bathrooms was a dream come true:) Thank you for a nice time away. »
