We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house. „We rented the house with 3 families and had a great time. The house was very clean and was kept up nicely. The feedback we have is to describe how to dock your boat with the very shallow water at the shoreline. Also, the back bedroom had a musty smell. It would be nice if the house had A/C, but the owner had sufficient fans in every room. We had a great experience.“

„The house has a lot of character, is very unique, quirky and eccentric. It was a little too old fashioned/crammed for our taste, but our children loved it and thought it was magical! We knew what to expect from the photos – so not complaining ;) Check-in was easy. The biggest advantage of the house is the wonderful direct lakeside location, the view, the sunsets. „Luke's was a great place to stay in a wondeful area of the USA. We had a 60th Anniversary Party just down the road and this was a perfect retreat when the crowd got to be too much. The hike down to Chatauqua Creek was a nice touch, as was the ability to easily walk to the beach for early morning solitude. All was clean and perfect - and we used the fire pit, too. A“
