„This place is awesome so much room and activities. Mostly adults stayed but it would be great with smaller children as well. Very nice pool they would enjoy. Great neighborhood and peaceful. Definitely would stay again. Host was very responsive as well. Thank you!“

„Great location! Close to just about everything! The only issue was not being able to connect to WIFI because of the host not remembering which network and the password. Would be useful to have it printed for guest somewhere in the property.“

„The River House at Claremont was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. I am a huge Gone With the Wind fan and this property brought you back to the South prior to the Civil War all we needed were ball gowns to make it really authentic. The house was well appointed with the necessaries (toilet paper, tissues, and toiltetries). In addition the kitchen pantry had salt, pepper, flour and other staples. The interior of the house is amazing with much of the furniture handmade by the owner ...

„We were in town for our son’s graduation from VCU and stayed at this property. Everything about the place and the experience with Mainstay was awesome.The place was super clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen nice and open and the wifi was super fast. „I can’t say enough good things about this vacation home!!! This was our second time staying at this house and both experiences have been great! The house is always super clean and is stocked with everything you will need. We loved the dock, fishing was great from it and it is so convenient being so close to the boat launch. The owners were great to deal with and so helpful. I would definitely recommend this house!!!!!!“

„Captain Ron is absolutely the most wonderful host. It is an older boat with a retro 70s style! That is where the charm is for me! Any issues with being an older boat are way out-weighed by the charm of the boat, the beautiful natural area and a wonderful and interesting host! „Such a CLEAN, quiet, and cozy home!!! We felt right at home and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The neighborhood was super quiet and we never felt not safe! Even heard an ice cream truck in the distance, we live in the country and my son has never experienced that.
