« Property is immaculately kept, nicely furnished, the complex is quiet and would stay here again. However, full disclosure, there are no cutting knives or bottle opener and the bedrooms are tiny so one side of the double bed is flush with the wall which can make getting in and out of bed difficult if two people are sleeping in the same bed. Excellent communications from the property mgr. »

« We enjoyed our stay at this property. We came to Starkville for family weekend at Mississippi State University. It was me my husband, my daughter’s father, his wife and another parent/family friend. The location is fabulous! You’re just steps away from the cotton district and historic downtown. The townhouse was very clean and accommodating. We liked that the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The homeowner left some coffee pods, which we appreciated. There was one problem with a discrepancy...

« This was perfect for our trip from out of state to catch a football game. It was a great price and there was more than enough room for our group of 4. Only knock was a few cockroaches we came across, but only two really isn’t a deal breaker. The rest of the house was clean and ready for our stay »

« Great location near restaurants and downtown! Cozy unit with the essentials to have a great visit to Starkville. Perfect for couples looking to come to town for any event or game. Parking was easy and the check-in/checkout process could not have been simpler. »

« My daughter and I were in town for Freshman Orientation at Miss St. I was looking for a place that was close, in a safe area and had wonderful reviews. This place felt like home when you walked through the door. We will definitely be back!!! »

« The Legacy House was perfect for our family to gather for our son’s graduation from MSU. It’s an approximately 30 minutes easy drive to campus. It was in a very peaceful lovely area of Louisville. Thank you for sharing your home with us. »

« We enjoyed our recent trip to Starkville very much as we were looking for an affordable place for our family. This place has it all and the host takes good care of the guests with prompt communication. All amenities including beds are in a great condition and the place is also close by to MSU. I would highly recommend this place to other visitors. »

« For the condition of the property, it was clean and comfortable. However, it was much more run down than I expected it to be. I felt very safe, and the owner was awesome in communicating and providing everything we needed. It is just a much more dated, older house than I expected. »

« My friends and I came into town for a Mississippi State football game and this property was exactly what we were looking for. Great shared spaces to hang out, enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, and walking distance to both the main bar street and the stadium. The neighborhood is definitely in the process of revitalization but we had no issues walking through it at all times of day and the neighbors were very friendly, even to opposing fans. Would definitely recommend this...
