« Although the owners were very responsive, we were disappointed in this property. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, there were not enough towels and the bed linens and pillows were old and flimsy. We contacted the owner and he arrived within 20 min with new towels and a few pillows. The bathrooms and the refrigerator could have been cleaner. »

« This property was charming and looked like the description. There were only 2 of us but I could see how it would work for a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen opens up to the living room and is fully stocked. The outside property is spacious and the fire pit was an added bonus. It's right outside of Hamilton, NY which is a cute town and host to Colgate University. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling through Upstate. It has a relaxing vibe and is a comfortable place to chill. »

« We stayed for a few nights over the holidays. The space is a renovated antique barn with absolutely beautiful and rustic interior decoration. The bed was so comfy, we cooked a few meals in the apt as well, and enjoyed a lovely morning walk around the pond into the neighboring field/park they’ve cleared. Host was extremely responsive and easy to contact. We had a very lovely time! »

« We enjoyed our three night stay here in Auburn. This charming efficiency had everything we needed and is within easy walking distance to everything in Auburn. There is a full sized refrigerator, a stove, microwave, and excellent coffee maker. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. A really large parking area is a plus. »

« We rented this lovely loft to stay in whilst we attended our daughter's graduation ceremony in Binghamton. It was a short, busy trip and I left wishing we'd had more time to enjoy the property. It is a beautiful setting with great amenities inside and out. Lucinda was super communicative, readily available, but also incredibly helpful and friendly. I would give her 6 stars if I could. « Stayed here for Syracuse U. parents' weekend. Location was perfect, about 12 minutes from campus. House was lovely. Well-appointed with everything you would need, communication from owner was A+. Highly-recommend. »
