« We loved this perfect property. We met and enjoyed this sweet hostess, Mindy. The place was fantastic and we so enjoyed our entire stay. It couldn't have been a more relaxing, clean, and welcoming place.
NOTE: We had a lot of difficulty with finding this property. We are from many states away from Southern Iowa and Northern Missouri. Plus, we are senior citizens, so we struggle with new ways to book places to rent and how to communicate with others.
Younger renters would not have struggled to...

« This place is extremely private and secluded. It's the perfect place to get away from everything. It was not too buggy outside considering it's mid Iowa summer. Comfortable beds. No road noise. The only noises were cows in the distance and birds. I will definitely be back. »

« Easy to find and check in. The apartment was historic, and the art was beautiful. The place was clean, felt like home immediately, was well maintained, and kitchen and bathroom amenities were bountiful. Internet wifi was fast (I had to upload large video files and did so quickly). I appreciated the communication prior to check in, and the written instructions and local tips in the host's guide book. Downtown was a quick 8 minute walk and very safe for female traveling alone. There are several...
