„This was a really neat idea, and the kids were very excited to stay in an RV. I will start by saying it was very clean. It was not advertised that this was on private property right next to the house until check in time. The location was also not optimal because it was right next to the main road where you could hear every car, and the entrance was across from what looked like a lot of junk. . we had to deal with a dog barking all night, long, but we made the best of all this. „My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is LARGE so there was plenty of room to spread out. The location is perfect if you are visiting Ball State and not too far away from the restaurants and stores. We came for graduation weekend and were happy to come back to a comfortable place after a long day of celebrating. The only problem we had was the internet would sometimes go out, but come back on about 5 minutes later. This did not seriously effect our stay though. Our ...

„We loved this condo. It’s very cool looking, beautifully decorated. Everything felt upscale and well done. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We loved the outside area. Only downside was actually finding the unit and the key lock box, but the host was easy to contact and talked us through it quickly. We would definitely stay here again. “

„Thoroughly enjoyed this rental property. We had a group of 6 adults and 4 children 4 and under. The house and property was well maintained. Ownership team was responsive and easy to work with. This was a great stay for those traveling close to Ball State University and Muncie. We will likely return for future reunions and definitely looking to the summer months for the great outdoor deck spaces.“

„We stayed there for two nights to attend a concert at the Ruoff Music Center. We were less than 10 minutes from the event.The house was well equipped with everything you would need for a stay and extremely clean. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to any messages. Great overall experience with this property! Will definitely stay here for future events!“
