« Excellent stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur! I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure. The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive...

« Simply furnished apartment but no complaints about the property itself, which is in a lively area with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Only minus point was no glasses in the room and not being a fan of drinking wine from a mug I asked for some which arrived in moments, so kudos to them. »

Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. « Will be coming back next year been here since 2023 till 2025. Awesome place & the owner very easy to communicate with her too thanks. »

« The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved. »

« New place. Clean room. Only downside is that the mall not fully open. »

« J'ai du attendre 90 minutes avant de pouvoir avoir les clefs car il n'y avait personnes à la réception. La raison était dû a cause du Ramadan. Elle était partie manger »

« The host did an amazing job communicating with us through the process and the unit itself was clean, beautiful and offered us the perfect place to relax and enjoy our stay! »

« the kettle is not working. the air conditioning is not cool or too cool »

« Was a location close to where I needed to be. Check-in (after hours) was a bit clumsy. But otherwise pleasant stay, nice homely apartment, and they were able to deliver a basic breakfast in the early morning so that I could catch my early flight. »
