« Beautiful house in the most amazing location! The first two days I was blown away by the miles of perfect beaches to myself, and i am from sarasota! What I left with was the sadness of leaving home. Everyone in pelican point made me instantly a member of the family! This was the most beautiful and heart warming vacation I have ever had. I miss everything already as I sit and right this on the beach in anna maria island 8 hours after leaving! »

« Stayed for 10 days with my family. It was easy to find located right on the beach. Stunning beach and view. We loved the screened in porch. This beach house had everything you could want and then some. Washer dryer, a/c, plenty of hot water, really nice landscaping and parking. While there the owner had two new paddle boards delivered to the house which was really nice of them. Everything worked perfect. There are easy steps down into the ocean. Freshwater picket right out front to wash the sand...

« Just like the last time, our stay has been amazing. The owner, never fail to get back on us quick if we have any concerns or favor to ask. The place is clean and very peaceful. You can hear the oceanwaves and of course, the sunrise is perfect from my bedroom. My family and I will surely book this place for my birthday celebration. « Quelle belle destination soleil. La plage et les plages des environs sont de toutes beautés. Grandes, propres avec sable fin. L'emplacement du condo est beau, très bien entretenu. Les gens sympathique vraiment tout était parfait. Il n'y a pas grand chose pour se promener à pied autour, une auto est nécessaire, c'est la seule raison que ma note n'est pas parfaite. Notre condo était tout à fait ok, mais situé sur une rue qui est parfois bruyante, un petit désavantage.Mais il a une belle vue tout...

« The owner/host of property, Lisa, was phenomenal. She was extremely timely in responding to our questions and very informative and helpful to surrounding attractions and recommendations for fishing, dining, and entertainment. The pool house/area was definitely our favorite part of the stay for us! The host made sure to cover all the bases on entertaining clients! »

« The property was sufficient for my purposes. However, the pictures are not accurate as far as the view of the ocean. When you look directly outside you are looking at another condo. You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. The communication with the owner was delayed most of the time. Also, it would have been good to know that once you renewed your stay there...

« This condo is awesome! Beautiful decor, wonderful patio to relax on, and it is really convenient located on the ground floor with easy access to the property grounds and beach. We loved it here and would absolutely stay in this condo again. Responsive owners and property manager. This is a perfect place to stay. »

« The property has an amazing view. We had 11 in our group and had plenty of room never felt crowded. The area is very quiet and private. We were able to do snorkeling in the canal and kayak as well. If your coming by boat this location has plenty of space for boats. I would recommend to bring sturdy ropes and big bumpers to tie the boat along the dock. Antoinette is the host and Robert the property manager, they were very helpful with all of our needs. They provided us with helpful...
