« This was a short holiday for my husband and me, and our adult children. We had cosy fires every evening and some nice meals in the dining room and the area. Plenty of walks, plenty of shops in Penrith for buying supplies. Very clean and well equipped cottage. Thoughtfully decorated. Very quiet area. We will be back I am sure. »

« The initial "Wow" factor of the fantastic living space was spoiled by the kitchen and bathroom.The lights in the cooker hood were not working and I got greasy fingers trying to work that switch, a good clean would be in order.The towels were a bit dated and small, and a previous tenant's towel was still hanging up in the bathroom.The freezer was not working either.I noted that the cleaner had replied to some negative comments in the guestbook and felt that inappropriate.It should be mentioned in...
