« This little place was exactly as advertised. Some nice charm to it!Like most little houses, don't expect much privacy from your travel mates, so unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit, but the hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. If your neighbors are out at their fire pit during your stay, you'll likely want to give them a wave since it's rather close. Think of it like camping! Overall a very nice piece of property and great place to call home while visiting sites in...

« Mike thank u for hosting. Great week and weather. Really enjoyed the rental. As disclosed the single BR had us on a schedule but no issues! Lower level access challenging for mobility impaired with stairs. Mike met us on Saturday and gave some Great tips about lake conditions. View without comparison. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Lots Of space. We fish so did not use TV or Wi fi. Would rent with Mike again and Plan too make this place our new annual gathering place. »

« Love this house and the owners! Absolutely beautiful! Goals for my future to retire in a home with a view like this! Note - if you take a boat you have to put in and pull out every time. Currently there are no docks so makes very hard for loading and getting on board the boat. »

« We greatly appreciated the shade and quietness of this getaway! We loved grilling dinner, sitting on the back deck and building a fire and enjoying the evening. During the day we explored Mammoth Cave! Great long holiday weekend! »

« We did just a small getaway with family from out of town. We live in Dawson Springs and planned a different trip then usually. We normally go ti Gatlinburg, but decided to stay close since our youngest daughter starts Varsity cheer practice today, and wanted to try a new spot closer to home. We truly enjoyed ourselves. »

« Expected to be able to use the ferry for a shorter travel to Mammoth Caves, but due to flooding it seems that won't be available any time soon, so the time from the cabin to the visitor center was over half an hour. BUT worth everything!!! Did not mind the extra driving, cabin was beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. Loved every minute!!! »

« It’s nice and tucked back in some beautiful trees. The place was clean and pretty much exactly what we were looking for. The only drawback is as a very firm master suite mattress, but some folks love that! The communication with the hosts was fantastic and they did a pretty good job of leaving instructions for things. I’d stay here again. »
