„Very happy with this property. The beach was awesome, the house was just big enough for 3 of us, the location was convenient to a lot of things. The only 'complaint' I have is there was only one hanger in the whole place. I had to buy some hangers - I left them there for the next guests. The house could use a good deep cleaning - things like the doors, the cabinets, under the beds, etc. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!“

„We had 31 people in this home. There is plenty of room for everyone!!! The kitchen was a dream kitchen to use and the eating area for everyone was amazing. We also played a card game with 18 people and the long tables worked out great. At first, we thought the configuration of the rooms was interesting. „My husband and I had such an amazing 9 days staying at John’s home on Lake Martin. The house was 5-Stars in every way. Clean, well stocked with essentials, and I loved that the light switches were labeled so we could easily find our way around. It was a few steps to the water where we sipped drinks while watching the sunset from the dock. Nice quiet slough and the ability to get out and cruise the lake on our boat. Loved the sunrise coming into the master bedroom. Brought our pontoon boat so spent most of our time either on the water or on the back deck. Nearest public boat ramp was about 15 minutes away but was no issue at all. Very easy to find. If ever in this area again would definitely consider renting again. “

„Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week-long vacation at Lake Martin. The location was perfect. Quiet with very little boat traffic. The house was clean and comfortable. And renting the pontoon boat for the week was the best. If you rent the house....strongly recommend renting the boat as well. There are lots of places to go on Lake Martin and we took the boat out every day. Would definitely go back again!“
