« Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey. »

« Although it’s basic it’s CLEAN, great communication with owner, little benefits like coffee, bottled water, toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste. Would definitely rent again or other properties from the owner. AND if you’re hungry and like Puerto Rican food the brunch box down the street was great. »

« It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all. »

« Me and my co workers rented this place just as a place to sleep while we worked long hours in the city. Unfortunately the place was filthy, the linens hadn’t been washed and there was hair and dirt all over the bathroom. Additionally there was a musty Smokey odor. There is one bed available and two very small and uncomfortable roll away beds as well as a couch bed that has a rod going down the middle that makes sleeping very difficult. « Loved the place, very quiet and comfortable. We traveled with our adult son and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. Some minor issues was the water temperature in both of the showers. It was very hard to turn down the hot water, that happened on our last two days. If the master bedroom could have a small dresser or plastic drawers it would be amazing, the closet has plenty of space for it. Lastly, parking is challenging for guests. Other than those issues our stay was great! »
