« A spacious house in a good location, 30 minutes from trailheads in Keene valley and 10 minutes from shops in Schroon. Paradox Lake is great for swimming, kayaking, and fishing; lots of wildlife--loons, heron, beaver, deer, heron, and even an eagle sighting. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, good wifi (even by the beach). Host was very responsive. Only significant negatives were the lack of an outdoor shower or hose to clean off sandy children and no lake-side access to the house. »

« Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Yann est trÚs gentil et s'assure de notre confort. Le chalet est situé trÚs prÚs des pentes de ski et proche du village de Lake Placid. Les lits sont trÚs confortables. Nous aurions aimé une petite cuisinette, mais nous nous sommes débrouillés sans. Nous y retournerons! »

« This home was beautiful! Very nice and extra clean! It was the perfect stay for all our guests as we got married on the top of Whiteface Mountain. We would highly recommend this home to all. We will be back for another stay in the winter months to ski. Perfect location for Whiteface Mountain. This home is also close to Keene and Lake Placid. »

« I recently had the pleasure of staying in this charming cabin. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and by the Ausable river. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Scot was incredibly welcoming and provided us with helpful information about the area, including great hiking trails and local attractions. « We had an amazing time at this cabin! The owners are really friendly. We “Rode the Rails” in North Creek, which is about 11 minutes away, and learned some interesting local history about Teddy Roosevelt. After that, we spent some time at Lake George. Our favorite part was sitting by the fire at night, the stars were amazing! The kids loved using the kayaks, and everyone tried fishing, catching a few small perch. We also went to “Oscars Smoke House” picked up some chicken to grill and a raspberry...
