« The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten »

« My friends and I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday here with our dogs! The view was beautiful, close to town (yet very peaceful and quiet), cozy and warm, and just a lovely place. It was perfect for the three of us to have a relaxing vacation. Michele was absolutely amazing!! She was available when needed and provided all of the necessary information upon our stay. « Nathan’s place was absolutely perfect in every area! Downtown Blue Ridge was literally “step outside!” So convenient to everything you could imagine. We booked the scenic railway and walked three minutes to board! The accommodations at Nathan’s has everything you need. Very comfy, and very quiet for being right downtown. Beautiful decor, fully equipped kitchen with all necessities. Don’t let the square footage fool ya! Highly recommend for a fabulous stay in Blue Ridge! »
