« Wonderful host, beautiful place, clean, comfortable, & peaceful. »

« It was alright overall. Details, details, details... I didn't recognize from the photos the age of the residence and coming off a stay from a newer residence, I wasn't fully prepared. Spacious layout and plenty of room for as many as six or seven to sleep on existing beds. Bedding was clean, neat and fresh. Bathrooms are dated but clean (It'd be nice to have a window screen (guest bath)). There aren't any towel racks so we improvised with some plastic hangers found in a closet. A/C worked well....

« We were so thankful to find this property for our family to stay for the 4th of July weekend. It was beautiful, clean and had a lot of places to sleep. The owner Jody was super friendly and I will definitely keep it in mind when we come to needville again. Thank you Jody for everything »

« The house was nice and well kept. The only issue we had is that there was no access to the community pool that was available in the write up. I would also put a disclaimer on the top about not having access to the main refrigerator, especially if you are staying multiple days so a mini fridge will not hold all groceries. »

« We loved this hideaway! Very spacious, super clean, well stocked, quiet, safe and private was our experience. Enjoyed looking out the many windows to see dozens of deer calmly grazing and ducks roosting near by. Just 11 minutes from the Brazos River State park which is a must see. Relaxed on the front and back porches. A really nice get away. Would definitely stay here again without question. Sure beats the city traffic, hotel elevators and crowded parking lots. Thanks! »
