„A stunning property to explore with a wonderful home to stay in. Everything was perfect - seriously. The hosts provided detailed instructions and nothing was overlooked in the house. I highly recommend this destination. Only minutes from the heart of Bath/Berkeley Springs with lots of wildlife. Enjoy. “

„The cottage was clean and efficient. The patio area with hottub was a plus. Though not fancy, it was comfortable. We liked that it was about halfway between Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park.“

„The setting is peaceful and beautiful. The property has a rich history. The house has a lot of quirky character and exploring it is a trip within itself. We have stayed in several places in WV but this one is currently our favorite.“

„This cabin is for relaxation! Surrounded by trees, with a screened in porch and a hot tub. Literal birds eye view window seat upstairs. We enjoyed ourselves very much.“

„We had previously stayed at the other cabin and we loved both visits. Janie and Cy have thought of everything so you can just relax. There was even a mechanical issue, and they were on it immediately. We recommend this property to anyone and we will be back. “

„I went looking for peace and I found it in Berkeley Springs WV. Tony was a VERY attentive host and every message ( big and small) was gifted a swift response. The check in was simple, the cabin is literally as pictured. We did have a small hiccup 2 days shy of checking out.. the fridge stopped worked after a small storm. Again, Tony was on top of this issue but I honestly didn’t want to wait for a tech to come ( especially since the technician offered no ETA) on our last 2 days of vacation. I ...

„This has to be the nicest place my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of staying. It's apparent that the owners go to the utmost of care to keep everything pristine and comfortable. The photos online are beautiful, but this place is even better in person than we could have imagined and check-in and check-out were absolutely painless. „The property was clean and it's quiet spot, easy to access, private, beautiful views, perfect for a short stay or a long stay in any weather. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and host was very responsive over text. There was a power outage in the area our first evening and the host stayed in touch to make sure it came back on.
