« This is a really cute house. The pictures were true to the property. Paul was very quick to respond to emails. He continually works to make this place perfect for his guests. It is conveniently located near grocer stores, restaurants, and the lake. »

« Overall our experience was good especially for the price. It was very clean. The people were nice. We did have a slight confusion on who was checking us in and which entrance we were to use this was all resolved quickly. Fortunately, we did need to get up early and get going. The street noise at 7am would have you out of bed regardless. The noise from the train wasn't an issue at all for us. Me and spouse would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone passing through. »

« If you are looking for a hunting or fishing cabin, this is your place. If you are looking for more than a rustic cabin with very few amenities (we had to buy pots, pans and a spatula to cook Christmas dinner) then don’t stay here. The hosts were very nice and responsive. The yard is quite large with a beautiful Magnolia. »

« We had a great overnight stay in this clean and chic guesthouse. It was situated on a spacious wooded lot with a blacktop driveway shared with the owner's beautiful home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the double sinks in the bathroom and the electric fireplace in the bedroom. With a few added amenities like a spot to set luggage in the bedroom and a couple comfy chairs on the main level this stay would have been perfect. »

« This property is truly a hidden gem. We loved it and plan to return. A few things noted in our stay was that they did have a small hot tub that holds two people tops outside the screen porch. Its not photographed nor the firepit in their photos. I was wondering where the television was located since it is football season; however, we discovered a projector in the master bedroom that allowed you to download all the channels which was super cool and a tv in the guest bedroom. « We had a great vacation!! The house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for two families. The dock was perfect for lounging by the lake while the covered portion was perfect for the smaller kids to be out of the sun. The only thing I will say is that the steps are something else. We have stayed at several houses on Tim's Ford with steep steps, but these are straight up with no plateaus and no hand rails. It was a little scary for the smaller kids, so just prepare for that.
