« We had so much fun. This home was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed many games of ping pong. I didn't want to leave and already want to go back. My many thanks to the host. Excellent. »

« Enjoyed this little cabin! We were here for a conference not far away so we stayed for a week. Everything clean and as described! We had plenty of down time to enjoy the hot tub and even had a chance to head up to Pikes Peak which was nearby. Would highly recommend! »

« Such a great little cottage. Place is well stocked with all the things people forgot to pack, all the way down charging cords! Very clean, plenty of towels, bathroom essentials, and even snacks for us late night snackers. Located close to several good restaurants; The Pantry which is a great breakfast restaurant, The Wines of Colorado, which is decent place for dinner. « We had the very cute cabin 4. Perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the Comfy bed. The cabin was minimal but everything you need. The property is beautiful and has lovely seating areas to relax. It’s 5 minutes from Garden of the Gods and there’s plenty of places to eat and shop near by. Highly recommend this quaint place for an economic place to stay. »

« Great property! The whole family loved everything about it. The nightly hot tub swims were one of their favorite things about the cabin. »

« Beautiful little cabin! The best part is there was a yard full of goats right next door making us all feel at home. The one thing we found missing was extra blankets. My husband and I had to do without but it was manageable. Very clean and cozy. »

« Wide open space, very clean. Nice fenced in area for my dogs. There was a hot tub that unfortunately we didn’t have time to use. »

« We stayed 4 nights, was very well equipped and super clean. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the deer, turkey and hummingbirds. Close to the Pike Forest and Cripple Creek to the south.Highly recommend it! »

« Our family of 4 enjoyed staying in Manitou Springs. It was fun to watch the hummingbirds around the house, and deer coming by. The location was great, close enough to reach the bus so that we were not dependent on driving to the Manitou Incline for instance where there was no parking. The Garden of Gods are also not far away. »

« Property is conveniently located to many nearby attractions. On-site amenities kept everyone in our group entertained. Linne was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thank you, Linne and James for your hospitality. »
