« Everything was nicely decorated and clean. Host was very responsive to messages. The stairs were a bit steep for me and the only restroom is upstairs, but I have mobility issues so that's on me for not checking. Highly recommend. »

« This is our 4th or 5th stay at one of Matthew’s properties and our experience was as we have come to expect. His properties are comfortably furnished, clean, and consistent with their descriptions. We have never needed assistance as there have never been issues with check in or maintenance, but I have no doubt it would be handled quickly and efficiently. When I come home to visit my central IL hometown, I always look for a listing of Mathew’s to use during my stay. »
