« Amazing property in a very peaceful and safe area. Close to everything the town has to offer. The host were very friendly, knowledgeable and greeted us upon arrival. The Evergreen Suite was exactly as described, very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again. »

« I loved it! It's not the Hilton, but it was absolutely PERFECT for me, my brother, and cousin. The neighborhood is super nice -- clean, quiet, SAFE. Very convenient to my relatives in Utica and Rome. There are a few things I would suggest to make it even better, but nothing major I would definitely book it again. Thank you for a great stay!! »

« We booked the Oasis for our wedding weekend. We stayed a total of three nights and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The views were just as breathtaking as pictured. Whether you are relaxing in the hot tub or having a drink by the patio fire you will be amazed at the beauty of the views.The house is beautiful inside and out. Extremely clean,organized and modern. We did our wedding getting ready photos and first look photos at the house and could not be happier with how they turned...

« Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us...
