« I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately... »

« La struttura Ú apparsa scadente al primo impatto. Appena aperta il portone di ingresso abbiamo avvertito un forte odore dovuto all'umidità. Nell'appartamento mancava la luce nel bagno e la doccia era priva di una porta. iil WiFi non funzionava tanto meno la tv collegata al WiFi stesso. Le 2 camere erano prive di armadio e solo nella camera principale c'era una cassettiera già piena di biancheria mal tenuta. La separazione delle 2 camere doveva essere con una porta scorrevole ma la stessa era...
