„We booked this cabin because it was close to the Ark Encounter, and we wanted to have a quiet place to relax. When we arrived it hadn't been cleaned and wasn't ready for us, so we contacted the host, who apologized and assured it would be taken care of. Turned out the cleaning service was running behind and hadn't been there yet. We bought some groceries and went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and the cabin was ready when we finished. „We enjoyed our stay here. We had participated in the homeschool conference at the Ark Encounter so it was nice staying close by. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Having a kitchen was nice too. I loved the keyless entry! Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place. “

„My husband and I and our friends absolutely loved our stay here. The guys visited with Larry, (the owner of the property), every evening. We visited The Ark and the Creation Museum. Then the guys headed to the Air Force Museum while we ladies relaxed on the porch. The history of Granny's House is fantastic. Loved reading the news article about it's history. Great place. „This location is perfect for a vacation, it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. „This home is clean and tastefully decorated. A wonderful coffee bar is provided. The only drawback is how close it is to the train tracks. Trains run frequently, even at night. Once you get used to it, it’s okay. Definitely recommend!“

„This was a clean and accommodating cottage on an absolutely beautiful farm property. The sunsets were amazing! It was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the cows, pigs, barn swallows by day and frogs and fireflies by night. Very convenient location to the Ark Encounter. We enjoyed eating at Beans cafe & bakery for breakfast. We would highly recommend this beautiful little gem in the countryside.“
